A calendar full of events, welcome returns and new initiatives awaits us in the next few months at Superstudio Più and Superstudio Maxi. Obviously, we cannot forget to mention the hectic activity of the photographic studios at Superstudio 13 and in the new Studio 4. The visits to the fashion/art museum FlavioLucchiniArt must be added to this, along with other artistic collaborations. Moreover, Superstudio will offer many options for Christmas dinners. While the pandemic seems a distant bad memory at Superstudio, the post-pandemic reopenings are a long-awaited reality. Here are some previews of the events...

A moment that touches us closely happens today at the XIII Florence Biennale, an exhibition of contemporary art and design taking place at the Fortezza da Basso in Florence. Oliviero Toscani receives the "Lorenzo il Magnifico Award" for his lifetime achievement (in the art’s field). We cannot forget to mention that his stunning career began at the "school" of Flavio Lucchini in Condé Nast in the mid-60s, where the young photographer together with the great art-director did first innovate photography and fashion publishing, then reaching the whole world and way of communication. Since the beginning, Oliviero Toscani has been a constant presence at Superstudio 13, where he carried out most of his provocative campaigns. Thus, we congratulate him on this award that crowns his unique career...

At Superstudio 13 eleven well-known designers pose to claim the contamination between antiquity and design. The shots were taken by Maki Galimberti for the advertising campaign of the AMART antiques exhibition that will take place between 27 and 31 October at the Museo della Permanente...

From 28 to 31 October Superstudio Più will host Pizza Village at Home, the last stop of the tour that celebrates pizza throughout Italy...

"Pizza is an Italian ritual" says Alessandro Marinacci, one of the managers of Pizza Village and Superstudio celebrates it, welcoming for the second year in the spaces of Superstudio Più this food event, which has been so successful in the world: born ten years ago on the promenade of Naples as a popular festival, it immediately moved to New York, aiming this year towards the city of Dubai. This is the second edition of the At Home tour which, after stopping in Naples and Palermo, arrives at Superstudio Più for its final stage...

This September the Milan Design Week ended with a great number of people visiting Superstudio Più, 35.781 to be precise. These are important numbers that tell us more than a thousand words. Indeed, they prove to be a positive response to those who strongly wanted this edition, reminding the whole world of the strength and appeal of Italian design and its international capital, Milan. ISS Facility services took part in the Superdesign Show 2021 Special Edition, supporting the DONNE&DESIGN exhibition, conceived by Gisella Borioli, founder of Superstudio, and curated by Silvana Annichiarico. An unstoppable Milan continues its urban transformation towards 2030, recovering and regenerating spaces intended for companies of excellence. This is the case of La Scala workshops, of their wealth of costumes, sets, objects, sculptures born and currently preserved in the spaces of the Ex-Ansaldo (today Base) workshops in via Tortona...

Teatro alla Scala in Milan will have new workshops. Indeed, Magnifica Fabbrica, an international competition for the creation of workshops and storages of the Theatre in the Rubattino area, near Linate airport, has been announced in these days. The legendary number 13 of Superstudio 13 (the historical photographic studios of Superstudio managed by Superstudio Set) in via Forcella13, has missed a big part for many years when the famous Studio 4, a spectacular day-light with terrace, was transformed into a production room. Today, Studio 4 is going to be re-opened, even bigger, more performing, more spectacular, yet moving to the main headquarters of Superstudio complex, in via Tortona 27, where Superstudio Più is located. The Superstudio world continues to expand, update and intersect in order to offer more and more new possibilities...

In the early years of Superstudio Più, Studio 4 became the "Dance Point", the largest and most beautiful dance hall in Milan: about 400 square meters fully developing in natural light with a series of adjoining rooms for every need...

It’s been a few years now that this engaging initiative - born in 2017 from an idea of the journalist Cinzia Sasso, wife of the former Mayor of Milan Giuliano Pisapia - invites fashion creators to open their magical ateliers to visitors, bringing them closer to this endearing profession. A surefire winne that spreads throughout Italy, involving fine craftsmanship and excellent productions. The 2021 edition also adds art, which definitely belongs to Superstudio Più. On Saturday 23 and Sunday 24, the new FlavioLucchiniArt Museum will open its atelier and archives, revealing the secrets and wonders of Flavio Lucchini as both an artist and an entrepreneur, who chose beauty and fashion as the common thread of his life choices. Tickets for visitors were soon snapped up...

A Charity Evening organized by the group Le donne per le donne will take place on October 22nd at Superstudio Piu'. This event will be the opportunity to hold a fundraising in favor of our Afghan sisters. A memorable evening which will see many women sharing their personal stories.

These days in Milan there are mysterious comings and goings of women, building a chain of solidarity for Afghan women. The group Le donne per le donne was spontaneously born during the past frightening days of August, when Taliban seized power in Afghanistan. This group is striving to provide real assistance to women still at their houses in Afghanistan, as well as to those already arrived...
