This event, strongly desired and organized by Superstudio, is born from the desire of Marco Colonna Romano to honor his father, Giò Colonna Romano, founder of Slide, who recently passed away, with a public tribute to the collection of works commissioned by him over the years. Supported by a group of friends who are art enthusiasts and identified in the non-profit association MuseoCity, with its inclusive cultural projects, the ultimate recipient of the funds raised.
From January 24 to 30, Designer's Dream, an exhibition culminating in a pro bono auction by Christie's on the evening of the 30th, makes available to everyone sixteen extraordinary sculptures created by prominent names in design. These sculptures can enhance representative spaces, hospitable venues, and perhaps the beautiful homes of Milanese residents. One could be for you, dear reader.
