Performance, technology, attention to wellbeing and the creation of absolutely innovative experiences and scenarios in the domestic sphere: Hoover is taking part in Milan Design Week 2021 with a selection of products designed for a target of visitors which combine attention to design and care of the home and the person with a marked inclination towards connectivity. “Performance and Connectivity for a healthier way to live” is the title of the installation inside Superstudio Più, dedicated to the launch in Italy of the first Home Wellbeing Ecosystem H-ABITAT, a set of three interconnected products that takes care of the health and well-being of the family in the home environment, perfectly reflecting the values and mission of the Hoover brand. H-SCANNER, H-PURIFIER and H-GO, the three smart appliances that make up H-ABITAT, constantly interact with the user through the hOn App, as well as communicating with each other, collecting data on both indoor and outdoor air quality, purifying the home and cleaning household surfaces independently. The second interactive scenario presented by Hoover is linked to the washing sector: once again the focus is on the possibilities offered by the Internet of Things applied to the new H-WASH 550 range, created to guarantee excellent washing results and performance combined with special attention to the well-being and sanitisation of garments through steam. Once again, the protagonist and guarantee of exclusive interactions and experiences is the hOn App, through which visitors will discover a new way of taking care of garments and fabrics: thanks to the “Scan to Care” function, the app can — starting from a simple photo of the laundry — decode through an algorithm the symbols on the washing label and suggest the correct washing programme, allowing it to be started directly from the smartphone or to save and store the garments and their specifications in a virtual-wardrobe. Another exclusive feature designed for maximum consumer satisfaction is the Sync function, which generates a flow and exchange of data between the washer and dryer, making it possible to programme and speed up the washing and drying process in total respect for the garments.
