In 2019 ICAD joined Superdesign Show for the Milan Design Week to showcase Indonesian art and design to the world.

Held for the first time in 2009 the team behind Indonesian Contemporary Art and Design (ICAD), under Yayasan Design+Art Indonesia, has devoted their expertise by creating a platform meant to bridge art and design with other disciplines. Their annual events, taking place in Jakarta’s happening lifestyle neighborhood Kemang, have featured prominent artists, designers, and cross-discipline creators from across the globe. The partnership between Superstudio and ICAD goes on thanks to a fruitful and continuous dialogue around design. 
The next joined initiative is going to take place very soon: Friday, 5 November 2021 at 10.00 (CET). Gisella Borioli (CEO & Founder, Creative and Communication Director of Superstudio Group) and Fulvia Ramogida (Project Manager of Superstudio Events) will talk about the story of Superdesign Show, the energy, creativity and business that makes the Milan Design week so special and the dynamicity of the Italian design scene. Through this online talk, we will emphasize on two long-running design events in both Italy and Indonesia; Superstudio Show and Indonesian Contemporary Art and Design (ICAD).
