At first, the prom was an all-consuming passion, but little by little it evolved towards other complementary artistic expressions, because I needed them to correspond to what I had in mind, and here came the first sets. Everything started five years ago, when for one of my choreographies I created a very particular costume I had in mind, and from that, many others followed, each year increasingly sophisticated, following ideas and visions related to the musicals to be realized, which I wanted to be faithful to the theme but original. It was precisely the theater students who began calling me “Miss Gaja,” and from there the idea was born to give a home to all the dreams I wanted to realize. Following my passions I combined dance, fashion, and art in pieces where the garment merges and moves with the character, and is not only sewn but often painted or “sculpted” to create exactly the desired effect.
Miss Gaja Prom, on the other hand, is the spark of an idea that arose from observing my teenage daughters attending the American school in Dubai, where it is tradition for girls at the prom to bring their dreams to life, transforming into contemporary princesses."
From studying the personality and collaborating with the girl in question, the perfect dress is born, for an unforgettable evening.
