From March 20 to 22, Book Pride returns to Milan at Superstudio Maxi for three days filled with poetic and contemporary inspiration. Hope Is the Thing with Feathers is the title and guiding theme of the tenth edition of the National Fair of Independent Publishing—an homage to Emily Dickinson and her idea of gentle resistance, capable of enduring even the fiercest storms. A must-attend event for those who love books that dare, experiment, and explore the present with a free and independent gaze, Book Pride brings together publishers, authors, and readers in an ongoing dialogue of ideas and stories. Under the editorial coordination of Francesca Mancini and curated by Marco Amerighi and Laura Pezzino, the festival once again places women’s voices at the heart of its narrative. The program weaves together a series of literary celebrations—from Collodi to Agatha Christie—and features special sections dedicated to younger generations, comics, and sports. A journey across languages and audiences that turns Milan into a cultural living room, where the written word gives wings to imagination and hope.
