Since her 2012 My Own Gallery exhibition, 10 ten years have passed. Today, Laura Zeni is back with “You’re in my mind”, a collection of furnishing accessories in limited edition, inspired by her renowned “Ritratti Interiori”, also showcased at the Triennale in Milan. Laura Zeni is an artist from Milan who combines painting, sculpture, collage and photography, with an eye toward design. Irony, the synthesis of shapes, and the sense of transformation are the thread of her work, without ignoring the physicality of the object that she is always altering with her intervention. The modular pieces of furniture on display show this: two chairs and a double sitting, both totally removable, two mini tables where boxes of different shapes and heights can be inserted, and a mirror. There are also playful and ironic objects, such as vases, cups, and dishes, all realized in Krion.
