Highlights include the plenary session “Unleashing Talent to Innovate” with top executives from L’Erbolario and Cameo (13 November), the research on supply chains and vertical integration by Retail Institute Italy and TradeLab, and, of course, the Retail Award ceremony (12 November, 5:30 PM), which will recognize the sector’s excellence.
The program will not only consist of speeches and roundtables. Guests will experience a true Retail Tech Journey, an immersive path through the most advanced technologies in omnichannel and customer experience. Special formats are also back, such as Retail On Air (live podcast from the heart of the event) and sessions dedicated to women leaders and young talents in the sector.
Forum Retail confirms itself as an exceptional stage for companies, brands, and professionals in commerce. Access will be structured according to different profiles, from the Free Pass for retailers to premium options. Large numbers are expected: over 300 speakers and 3,000 participants, including approximately 1,500 retailers.
