Lucchini is an open-minded artist who testifies to the situations he encounters starting from a particular point of view, closely linked to Italian culture. That of fashion, or rather, of clothing, a cult object of our times and a metaphor for contemporary society.
In the year of Expo Dubai 2020 he was invited to participate in the Polytechnic Foundation project in collaboration with the Lombardy Region to exhibit his works, refined paintings and small precious sculptures. In the suites intended for business and convivial meetings of the penthouse of the Intercontinental hotel in Dubai Marina, a few minutes away by car or Metro from the exhibition venue, his a-solo-show lives harmoniously combined with prestigious furnishings Italian brands, bringing together a lesson in beauty, quality and elegance. Who, among graphic works, fashion sequences, hinted portraits, infinite skyscrapers, does not forget a tribute to the Middle Eastern woman when she chooses to wear traditional abayas with grace.
