Flavio Lucchini has experienced fashion from every point of view. First as the creator of the most important magazines (from Amica to Vogue, L’Uomo Vogue, Donna, Moda, and many others), and at the same time as art director and mentor to legendary designers, journalists, photographers, and graphic artists. Then, since 1990, as an artist committed to conveying the meaning of fashion and the mystery of women’s dress through his works and in relation to contemporary society. The DOLLS, naive and bold, white or colorful, are sculptures that reflect on the path of adolescence and the exploration of personality through clothing and self-image. DOLLS&DOLLS is a tribute to youth and imagination, on view at MyOwnGallery, the gallery of Superstudio Più, on the occasion of the Festival dello Spettacolo and beyond.
