The progressive unveiling begins of everything that will shape Superstudio Design—the new name and format evolving from the former Superdesign Show. From presentations at the iconic Superstudio Più to the involvement of the newest venues, Superstudio Maxi and Superstudio Village, the narrative takes form through previews of the featured projects and participating brands. 30,000 square meters of exhibition space are transformed into a journey connecting Tortona, Barona, and Bovisa, through large-scale installations, author-driven visions, and emerging experimentation, with the participation of outstanding special guests—internationally renowned architects, designers, and artists. Linking it all together, a dedicated shuttle service provided by Superstudio.

For its 26th edition, Superstudio—long a starting point and key reference during the Fuorisalone—presents Superstudio Design 2026, a new, citywide map that reimagines the Milan Design Week experience. A shift that moves beyond the traditional District concept, creating new itineraries across the city.
From April 20 to 26, 2026, 30,000 square meters across Superstudio Più, Superstudio Maxi, and the new Superstudio Village will host a project structured around three thematic paths, three urban areas, and three complementary visions of contemporary design. A format that traverses Milan from Tortona to Barona to Bovisa, bringing new urban hubs into dialogue within a narrative that intertwines design with art—here presented as an independent and significant presence.
Seventy projects, 91 participating brands, 88 designers, 19 countries—Austria, Canada, Korea, Egypt, France, Germany, Japan, Israel, Italy, Lebanon, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Serbia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey—and four continents—Europe, Asia, Africa, and North America—confirm the global and multicultural scope of the project.
The journey begins with SUPERNOVA (Superstudio Più, Tortona, Via Tortona 27, Milan): a hub for leading international design names, a space for large-scale installations, independent pavilions, and temporary architectures that transform the venue into an immersive laboratory where industry, culture, and forward-looking visions of contemporary creativity converge.
It continues with SUPERCITY (Superstudio Maxi, Barona, Via Moncucco 35, Milan): an ideal city where design, art, and architecture meet, curated by Giulio Cappellini, within a strongly multicultural dimension.
It concludes with SUPERPLAYGROUND (Superstudio Village, Bovisa, Via Negrotto 59, Milan): a brand-new venue inaugurated for the occasion and oriented toward the future. A space dedicated to innovation and experimentation, focusing on emerging creativity and social design—an open environment where research, visual languages, and new international sensibilities come together.
Alongside the design and art exhibitions, a rich program of talks, events, performances, and workshops will animate the various venues. Completing the program, an entire week dedicated to Street Culture on the rooftop of Superstudio Più, with live interventions opening new visual and cultural horizons—blending emotion, insight, and entertainment.
