AIR PURE DESIGN

Posted by: Dario Negri

Pure air is the main element of our life. More than ever today it needs to be sanitized, sterilized, purified from the dangers it hides. This new object brings beauty and pureness into our living room.

New problems create new necessities and therefore a new solution is needed. The Italian startup My Air Pure, born in 2020 from the commitment of Marco Stocola, Marco Varisco and Nicoletta Casati, worked hard to find a scientific solution to the actual problem of air sanification. Vincenzo Pollastri, Commercial Advisor, tells us the story behind the success:" Everything started within an historical company, producer of illumination and furniture: by the beginning of the pandemic, a customer requested the design of a cabinet that could integrate an air purifier. That really started our attention and we began to investigate until we were convinced that the market had a new necessity. We worked on the engineering and certification of the first device and by the end of 2020 we decided to create a specific company for this product. This is how My Air Pure was born." Public buildings, offices, schools and, going through a design process, even private housing. Exhibiting at the last Fuorisalone within Superdesign Show, the creators of My Air Pure thanks to their background began to investigate the conjunction with design and were joined by the young designer Giorgio D'Alessandro to integrate the device within common use objects, as well as through partnerships with external producers. The lamp "Saturno", presented at the Fuori Salone, is the result of a fruitful collaboration with Turri.
Now, less than two years from the beginning of this adventure, My Air Pure can rely on a solid distribution ranging from contract to shops and private houses: a winning project that begins to raise interest also abroad.
