YogaFestival returns to Superstudio Maxi from November 15th to 17th, celebrating the transformative energy of gratitude and kindness. This edition invites you on a journey through sound, art, and wisdom, offering a sanctuary for thousands of yogis to step away from daily chaos and reconnect with themselves. Every moment of the festival highlights the magic of yoga, featuring renowned masters and unforgettable experiences.
Saying “thank you” goes beyond politeness—it's a powerful act that can shift the energy around us. The theme of this 19th edition, “gratitude and kindness,” transforms Superstudio Maxi into a haven of harmony, drawing yogis and enthusiasts ready to celebrate the art of appreciation and the beauty of generosity.
Over three days, we’ll dive into a global movement that's growing steadily, answering society’s urgent need to slow down and focus on what really matters: our physical and mental well-being. As Giulia Borioli, President of YogaFestival, says, “This precious practice realigns us, nurturing gratitude for ourselves and the world around us—an essential step toward building a better society.”
Top masters will gather to share their wisdom, including Giuliano Boccali, who will guide a practice centered on Yoga and Gratitude. The event will also feature diverse, international perspectives, taking us on a journey from England and Wales to Morocco and even to faraway India. Look forward to highly anticipated returns, such as Jacopo Ceccarelli and Carla Nataloni, and don’t miss the energizing “Breakfast & Yoga: Wake Up with Ashtanga Yoga” led by Elena De Martin—perfect for the boldest among us.
The festival embraces everyone, from young children discovering yoga joyfully in the “Little Yogi” Kids’ Space, to teens and young adults gaining tools for self-awareness through “Yoga Young.” Inclusivity shines with free “Yoga Without Barriers” classes led by former Paralympian Patrizia Saccà, and specialized practices for women and men led by Nadeshwari Joythimayananda and Sujith Ravindran.
Discover spaces designed to elevate your experience, starting with the “Kindness Garden,” a serene oasis created by Sahaja Yoga Italia, where soothing sounds and visuals bring you back to yourself. From there, let the energy flow into an area where art and music unite. Highlights include Lorenzo Aristodemo’s “Concert for Breaths, Beats, and Rhythms” and Marta Massara’s “Yoga and Art” class, which features a live performance by body artist Alice Cappelli, blending yoga with vibrant creativity.
Gratitude is a step toward a brighter, more meaningful life, and this festival is the perfect opportunity to embrace it. Feel the energy that heals, uplifts, and transforms, just like yoga itself, guiding us back to our essence and helping us live with more kindness and love.
