 | EVENTS, DIGITAL JOURNALISM FEST 2026

The Devil Wears Prada 2* and the Digital Journalism Fest 2026: two sides of the same coin, both converging on June 13 at Superstudio Più for a deep dive into the state of contemporary media.

«Nigel, do you remember when magazines mattered?». With just a few words, Miranda Priestly - once again played in The Devil Wears Prada 2 by a magnetic Meryl Streep - draws a sharp line between two eras. On one side stands the age of absolute editorial power; on the other, a present in which that authority has dissolved, fragmented, and been redistributed across social platforms, algorithms, and artificial intelligence.

 | EVENTS, TRENDS

Following the success of Digital Design Days 2026, Bovisa has officially made its leap onto the international stage, emerging as Milan’s newest district of creativity and innovation. The increasingly central role of the newly inaugurated Superstudio Village confirms the neighborhood’s transformation into one of the city’s most dynamic hubs for global design culture.

For years Bovisa remained on the margins of Milan’s creative geography. Today, however, the district is undergoing its most significant transformation yet: evolving from a peripheral neighborhood into an international laboratory for ideas, design, and innovation. Much of this acceleration bears the signature of Superstudio Village, the expansive creative hub reshaping the balance of contemporary Milan.

 | MILAN DESIGN WEEK, SUPERSTUDIO PIÙ

STREET POETRY

Words, messages, poetic “shards,” in the language of the street now fresco the façades of the buildings at Superstudio Più. Crafted entirely by hand, without the aid of stencils or projectors, these are the murals of ivan: works conceived to inspire and to kindle dreams. With a delicate touch, the street poet and his team of young talents 21-year-old calligrapher Pietro Gonzalo, alongside writers Ivo Molino and Pietro Dalrì invite passersby to lift their gaze to the sky and, if only for a moment, pause amid the sparkling whirl of Milan Design Week. Their words remind us that “only dreaming will keep us awake” and that “those who cast seeds to the winds will one day make the sky bear fruit”. Gentle fragments, evocative thoughts: these are the artist’s extra-large mural gifts to the venue on Via Tortona. Discovered and championed by our own Gisella Borioli some 20 years ago, when street artists were still dismissed as vandals and defacers, ivan now returns with a magnificent work of street art that is also a gesture of gratitude and affection. And Superstudio, today as then, welcomes it and sends its message even further.

 | MILAN DESIGN WEEK, SUPERSTUDIO PIÙ

During Milan Design Week, Superstudio Più presents "Stop & Look," a contemporary little bazaar where shopping for art and design souvenirs during the week becomes a way to support young creatives. Each item is offered with a donation to support projects to stimulate and enhance the creativity of new generations.

A contemporary little bazaar where design and art can be bought and, above all, supported. During Milan Design Week, Superstudio Più is inventing "Stop & Look: All is Art," a new format in the city that transforms shopping into a concrete gesture in support of young creatives with dedicated training and visibility projects.

Design does not merely present itself: during Milan Design Week it stirs, ignites, colours and illuminates, becoming more dynamic than ever, able to engage, intrigue, inspire and captivate.

 | EVENTS, FESTIVAL OF CREATIVITY

Abilmente, the celebrated handmade creativity fair, returns to Milan from March 26 to 29, taking over Superstudio Maxi and transforming it into a vibrant urban workshop where craftsmanship meets experimentation. Masterclasses, hands-on labs, live demos, new materials and emerging trends converge in a four-day celebration of imagination and talent.

Curiosity is sparked. Inspiration flows. Sleeves are quite literally rolled up. The mission? To create objects, accessories, home décor, bijoux, candles, fragrances, paintings, small art pieces, even tapestries. In short, anything and everything so long as it’s made by hand, fueled by creativity and free from the pressure of perfection.

 | DESIGN, MILAN DESIGN WEEK 2026, SUPERSTUDIO PIÙ

From rooftop to open-air creative living room, a new chapter unfolds at Superstudio Più. During Milan Design Week, the venue’s Roof hosts the debut of Re.Circle. Phenomenology of Urban Space, an original project, an unprecedented setting, a shape-shifting agora where disciplines converge and collide. Street art, design, poetry, music, and live performance come together in a vibrant cross-pollination of ideas.

Think of it as an open-air round table: Re.Circle reflects on twenty years of Milanese creative history and propels it into the present with a fresh, unrestrained perspective. The concept draws on a memory from the early 2000s, when a small group of street artists -then outsiders on the city’s art scene - found at Superstudio Più a rare space for experimentation and exchange. It was the beginning of a journey that would eventually lead them to broader recognition.

 | ARCHITECTURE, HOSPITALITY, TORTONA DISTRICT

At the far end of Via Savona stands Savona 18 Suites, just a stone’s throw from Superstudio 13. Designed by architect Aldo Cibic, the hotel was born from the thoughtful redesign of a traditional casa di ringhiera, one of old Milan’s characteristic courtyard buildings. Unassuming from the outside, it opens within to reveal a small, carefully curated world of intimacy and design. You simply have to step inside to believe it.

«I experienced Savona 18 as a large home: when redesigning it, I wanted to turn it into an intimate and welcoming place in the heart of the fashion and design Tortona district» says Aldo Cibic, the author of the project. True to his character, often countercurrent yet always sharply focused on the goal, he succeeded.

 | PHOTOGRAPHY, MIA PHOTO FAIR BNP PARIBAS 2026

From Ovidian myth to the thematic thread of MIA: the inevitable, unpredictable and enthralling process of «Metamorfosi», one that reshapes eras, identities, languages, artistic practices and visual codes, takes center stage from March 19 to 22 at Superstudio Più, with the 15th edition of the most compelling photography fair on the scene.

Yes, it is a show, an exhibition, a kind of super-gallery devoted to contemporary fine-art photography. But it is more than that. MIA is also a space for encounter and exchange: while bringing together at Superstudio Più some of the most compelling artists, authors, gallerists and emerging talents from the international scene, it becomes the place to be for collectors, enthusiasts and the simply curious.

Forget the catwalk. Diesel detonates the opening of Milano Fashion Week at the Superstudio Maxi and turns it into a riotous carnival. A merry-go-round, a playground, a flex market crammed with toys, plush animals, figurines and bric-à-brac in every conceivable colour and shape. In the middle: models and clothes. All around: music, adrenaline and thunderous applause for the powerhouse pairing of Renzo Rosso and Glenn Martens.

Is it a supersized playground for grown-up children, or the chaotic after-party of a night that went too far? It’s impossible to say. It’s messy. And that’s precisely why it works.

 | ARCHITECTURE, TORTONA DISTRICT, HOSPITALITY

With the Sanremo Festival on the horizon, nhow Milan is gearing up to transform into a design-savvy living room, ready to welcome fans, curious onlookers, and night owls alike to experience the event together, much like you would at a friends place, only in a far more pop-infused setting. This marks the latest metamorphosis for the hotel, a neighbour of Superstudio, which, born in the former General Electric headquarters, has evolved into an unconventional model of hospitality, a space where art, design, and entertainment converge, and a go-to outpost during the Milan Design Week.

You never quite know what’s coming next. A fashion show? An art exhibition? A party? Or maybe a corporate event that somehow ends with a DJ set? At nhow Milan, almost anything can happen.

 | ARCHITECTURE, HOSPITALITY, MAGNA PARS

Even hotels in Milans Tortona Design District like to break the rules. Magna Pars LHotel à Parfum, a five-star address on via Forcella, directly opposite Superstudio 13, is proof. Yes, its a hotel, but not only. Its also an olfactory laboratory, a dispersed art gallery, a multifunctional hub, a conference centre, an events venue and a library. And these days its making headlines for another reason too: the creation of a bespoke mountain scent”, designed specifically for the Milan Cortina Olympics.

A nose for fragrance, an eye for design. Two natural gifts and two hallmarks of the Martone family that, combined with entrepreneurial instinct and a true vocation for hospitality, led to the invention of Magna Pars L’Hotel à Parfum in 2013.

 | ARTS, STREET ART, MILANO CORTINA 2026 OLYMPICS

Flycat, one of the street artists championed since 2007 at Superstudio Più, has donated a new work to Milans Police Headquarters, paying tribute to law enforcements commitment to safeguarding the city during the Milano Cortina 2026 Olympic Games.

Flycat is leaving the streets and stepping into the Milan’s Police Headquarters. The street artist and musician - a leading figure of the first generation of Italian writing - is turning away from his underground creative habitat and embracing institutions and law enforcement, dedicating and personally delivering his latest piece, Ascesa Cæleste.

Diesel opens Milan Fashion Week dedicated to Women’s Spring–Summer 2027 with a show-event staged in the monumental spaces of Superstudio Maxi, transformed for the occasion into a high-energy urban playground.

It is here that the brand—founded by Renzo Rosso in 1978—on 24 February presents its most pop, youthful and irreverent vision yet, confirming itself as a luxury outsider that doesn’t ask for permission, but sets the rules and defines trends.

 | INSIDE, FIRE SAFETY AT SUPERSTUDIO PIÙ

In the recent Le Iene investigation into safety standards in Italian nightclubs, aired on Sunday, January 11, Super Club emerged as a model of excellence in nightlife safety. Because within the Superstudio ecosystem, entertainment is serious business.

From celebration to tragedy in the span of one cursed night. The horrifying New Year’s Eve fire at the Le Constellation club in Crans-Montana is still burning in the collective memory. The thought of the forty young people who lost their lives, and of the more than 110 who were severely injured and are still fighting for survival with devastating burns, refuses to fade. Instead, it ignites questions and concerns about safety measures at the Swiss venue where the latest nightmare unfolded, and in nightclubs everywhere.

 | EVENTS, MILANO TATTOO CONVENTION 2026

From January 23 to 25, the most established and exciting tattoo artists on the international scene will present—through live performances, exhibitions, shows, and skin-tailored events—the latest trends of a visual language that goes beyond words.

There is a language that does not speak through words. It goes further, freeing imagination and creativity. It uses signs, symbols, figures, shapes, numbers, and images that, when tattooed on the skin, tell stories, fix memories, immortalize moments, express styles, emotions, changes, dreams, and desires.
